The building, former headquarters of UGT, is located at Calle Maldonado 53 in the Salamanca district of Madrid, next to the intersection of Maldonado and Príncipe de Vergara. It is located 100 meters from the Hospital de la Princesa, with a total built area of 2,623 sqm.The building was built in 1969 and is part of the horizontal property of the Maldonado 51 building, although it is independent of it in terms of morphology, access and parking, and up to now it has been one of the UGT headquarters in Madrid. It has 2,623 sqm built (not counting the mezzanine, not in accordance with regulations), 1,724 sqm above ground and 888 sqm below ground according to registry. Its urban qualification is “Zonal Standard 1 / Grade 3 / Level A”, having a buildable area of 3,724 sqm, with which it has remaining buildable area. The qualified use is that of residential, being the complementary and alternative uses those of commercial (lodging, retail, offices, recreational, other services) and equipment.
